San Francisco Dermatology remains open during the COVID-19 outbreak in order to continue to care for our patients and community. We are currently offering both virtual (telemedicine) visits, and in-office visits for those patients who require in-office evaluation or treatment.
Virtual visits with Dr. Dans or Dr. Reisman can be arranged by emailing us through our patient portal or calling the office. We are conducting virtual visits through a combination of photos and live video. Virtual consults can also be conducted via phone or email.
For in-office visits, we are following public health guidelines to keep our office as safe as possible for our patients and staff. We have implemented safety measures including minimizing our schedule and taking other steps to allow ample social distancing, rooming patients upon arrival to avoid use of our waiting room, sanitizing all touched items and surfaces after each use, making hand sanitizer available throughout the office, supplying staff with personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves, and doing daily health screenings of our staff. We ask that you not come to our office if you or a member of your household are coughing, have a fever or other flu-like symptoms or you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks. Please wear a non-valved face covering when coming to our office. Please do not bring anyone with you to our office except for up to one essential care taker.
Most appointment slots are currently not available online, so call or email the office to schedule your appointment.
Due to the business closures around Union Square, many of the private parking garages, including the garage in our building, are closed. However, the Union Square and Sutter-Stockton garages remain open, and there is street parking at meters.
We hope to help you soon.
